During installation your engineer will set up a remote monitoring system, which sends performance data via your internet connection - either WiFi or 4G is supported.
This gives you visibility about system performance, and also enables us to identify and troubleshoot any issues before they significantly impact your power generation and storage.
If we're alerted to faults with the panels, inverter or battery, or we detect unexpected drops in power generation or storage capacity, we'll arrange for an engineer to investigate. Any repairs or replacement parts are included within your plan, with no callout fees or excess.
