Is my quote price fixed?
The estimate we give over the phone when you get a quote is subject to survey. Your local engineer will contact you shortly after - usually within an hour - to arrange a virtual or on-site survey.
Once they've checked the installation requirements and boiler spec, we'll confirm your final price, ready for you to review and sign our online agreement. From that point your quote is fixed, so you'll not get any surprises on installation day.
