How does the survey work?

Your local engineer will contact you to arrange a virtual or on-site survey - usually within an hour of us providing your estimate over the phone.

For straightforward swaps, a quick video call or some photos should provide everything they need. For more complicated jobs, e.g. if you're relocating your boiler, they'll arrange a site visit to suit your schedule - usually within 24 hours.

The survey enables them to review the installation requirements and equipment spec, check that you're getting the right boiler for your needs, and ensure that everything will go smoothly on installation day.

Following the survey, we'll confirm your final price, ready for you to review and sign our online agreement if you'd like to go ahead.
