What's included in my quote?

Our quotes include everything needed to get your new heating system installed and running smoothly and safely:

• quality boiler as specified in your quote, with a new thermostat and flue
• installation by your trusted local engineer, including any necessary alterations to your gas or condense pipework
• chemical flush and new magnetic filter to protect your new boiler
• commissioning in accordance with Gas Safe standards, building regulations and manufacturer guidance
• safe removal and recycling of your old boiler, and disposal of all packaging and installation waste
• registration of the new manufacturer warranty, and for landlords a gas safety certificate
• 12 month workmanship warranty, in case of any issues after installation.

Your Heating Plan monthly payment also includes lifetime servicing and maintenance, to give you complete peace of mind:

• ongoing boiler servicing and safety checks
• boiler breakdown cover plus unlimited repairs and maintenance (all parts and labour)
• replacement protection: if your boiler breaks down and can't be repaired, we'll install a replacement at the same monthly price
• no callout fees or excess charge.
