Can I make a prepayment to reduce my monthly payments or plan term?
Once your system has been installed and your plan is active it's not possible to pay a lump sum to reduce your ongoing monthly payments. However, you can end your plan at any time by paying the settlement amount in your agreement, with no quibbles or penalties.
