What if I have issues after installation?

We'll get in touch after installation to check that you're happy with the work, and will ensure that any issues are resolved promptly by your local engineer.

Every boiler installation is covered by a 12 month workmanship warranty. If you experience any issues with your new boiler, your local engineer will visit to take care of it. Although it is the installer’s responsibility, we’ll do our best to help if we can.
