How does Interest-free Credit work for rental properties?
Interest-free Credit is available to private landlords wishing to spread the cost of their new boiler installation over 12 months. Applications must be made by the property owner, not the tenant.
Our finance packages are not currently available for landlords operating as a limited company or installing boilers at commercial properties.
