Heating Plan Term & termination
What if I change my mind?
You can change your mind within 14 days of signing our agreement, as long as the new boiler hasn't yet been installed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel your Heating Plan agreement with no charge.
Once the new boiler has been installed, you can end your plan at any time by paying the lump sum outlined in your contract, with no early repayment or cancellation fees. Contact us for settlement details.
