We ask that customers please ensure that the areas that will be in use during installation (where the old boiler is being removed, the new boiler installed, and around radiators) are accessible prior to the engineer’s arrival. Clearing the work area, surfaces and cupboards in the vicinity will speed up the process and ensure that there are no breakages.
When scheduling the installation, your local engineer will give you a 2 hour time slot for their arrival, and answer any further questions you have. Please ensure that a decision maker for the property will be present during the installation.
