BeWarm is now called Hometree Finance

BeWarm has been acquired by Hometree Group, and we've changed our name to Hometree Finance.

Hometree is a fast-growing home services company, trusted by tens of thousands of UK customers to take care of their home heating. Together, we're on a mission to support homeowners as they decarbonise their properties, and we believe that affordable financing options will help pave the way.

Our payment plans for customers upgrading to new energy-efficient boilers remain core to our business. And for households who are ready to transition to renewable energy solutions, we're launching new finance products for solar and battery storage systems, with heat pumps coming soon.

What does this mean for BeWarm customers?

Your plan will continue under the existing terms and agreement, and the service we provide and engineer partners we work with will remain the same. The only difference you'll notice is our name change, so look out for messages from Hometree Finance instead of BeWarm.

What does this mean for BeWarm engineer partners?

Other than the change of name and website domain, the platform, processes and team that you're used to working with will remain the same.

Our Heating Plan and Interest-free Credit payment options continue under the existing terms, along with the service you and your customers receive.

You'll find new marketing resources when you sign in to the engineer portal. Please retire all BeWarm branded materials, and update any mentions or links on your website.
